SKIM

SKIM is a premium quality, cement-based underlayment designed for skim-coating, smoothing and levelling prior to the application of interior and exterior finish coverings, including waterproofing.

This trowel-applied product can be applied from 2 mm up to 30 mm and has a thixotropic, creamy consistency, making it the ideal choice for skim coat applications. SKIM is classified as a concrete repair mortar R2 according to EN 1504-3.

BENFERCURE FERRI

Corrosion protector

Single component cement-based product in powder form, with selected aggregates, polymers and special corrosion inhibitor additives. Its formula was designed and developed to prevent the formation of rust on reinforcing rods thanks to its waterproof and atmospheric gas-proof qualities and its alkalinity. When mixed with water it becomes a highly adhesive tixotropic mortar easy to apply with a brush, also indicated as an adhesion promoter.

BENFERCURE-VARIO-40

Rapid setting and rapid hardening mortars for reparation of concrete degraded structures, for protection against corrosion of reinforcing steel, for concrete superficial protection

BENFECURE-VARIO-10 and BENFERCURE-VARIO-40 are thixotropic mortars used for renovation of horizontal, vertical and overhead concrete surface profiles in thickness up to 40 mm and for reparation of concrete structures under dynamic load (under roadways, concrete rails). They are suitable for reparation of pillars, of defects like gravel pockets, ramps and industrial floors. Thanks to their properties they allow fast and easy operation because it is not necessary a corrosion inhibitor application to reinforcing steel, there is no need for an additional smoothing mortar and can be finished with a breathable paint after 3 hours only. It possible to mix BENFECURE-VARIO-10 and BENFERCURE-VARIO-40 to get a longer lasting paste.

Adhesive/levelling fiber reinforced mortar powder for thermal insulation

BENFERPLASTER-07 WHITE is an adhesive /levelling mortar, fiber-reinforced for exterior insulation and finishing system, whose composition is cement, aggregates with selected grain size with diameter less of 0,7 mm, synthetic resins and special additives. Its formula has been created and developed to paste in a rapid and safe way all the boards used in exterior thermal insulation. The product can also be used for levelling with the use of a fiberglass mesh on insulating panels and concrete surfaces.

MULTIPLAN-12

Self levelling smoothing compound up to 12 mm

MULTIPLAN-12 is used in thicknesses from 1-12 mm for smoothing, repairing and levelling. Suitable substrates are concrete floors in accordance with DIN 1045, heated and unheated cement-based screeds in accordance with DIN 18560, old, well bonded tile finishes and rapid cement-based screeds (e.g. SOLIDONE PRONTO). Not suitable as a wearing surface without additional finishes. Suitable substrates that have been levelled with MULTIPLAN-12 can be covered with tiles, needle punched carpets, textile finishes, PVC.

MULTIPLAN-30

Self-levelling underlayment up to 30 mm

MUILTIPLAN-30 is used for smoothening and levelling in layers of 1 – 30 mm thick. Suitable surfaces are floors made of concrete in accordance to German Industrial Standard DIN 1045, heated and unheated cement screeds according to DIN 18560, old hardened tile surfaces and rapid hardening cement screeds (for example SOLIDONE PRONTO). MUILTIPLAN-30 is suitable for exterior areas and areas subject to moisture loads, provided a suitable BENFER compound waterproofing sealant has been applied in advance. Other than the already planned surface, it is not suitable as a wearing surface without additional coating.
